An exquisite and spiritually significant jadeite pendant, intricately carved from a rare bi-colour jadeite combining serene icy lavender and warm chestnut yellow hues. This masterful carving features the Goddess of Mercy (Guanyin), seated gracefully upon a lotus base formed from the rich chestnut yellow portion of the jadeite—a symbol of purity rising above adversity.
The upper portion of the pendant, in a beautifully translucent icy lavender, reveals the serene figure of Guanyin, radiating compassion and tranquillity. With her right hand raised in the Abhaya Mudra—the gesture of fearlessness—she offers protection and reassurance. In her left hand, she gently holds a Ruyi sceptre, a traditional symbol of power, blessing, and the granting of wishes.
